Cisa launches its Customer Service Department
Cisa officially launches its new Customer Service department: more than 40 technicians are led by Flavio Catelani and supported by Nicola Gennari, Tecnology and Technical Assistance Manager. The deparment’s Help Desk will be managed by Antonio Rutigliano, the Eng. Matteo Baccei will be in charge of spare parts and the Eng. Alberto Laganà will offer dedicated support for all specifics linked to the company’s software system, Tracecare.
Franecso Leotta will be responsible for guaranteeing customer satisfaction, and the Dr. Alessia Galluzzi for planning and back office management.
The Customer Service department marks yet another important step towards company growth, and reinforces Cisa’s role as Italy’s top technical assistance leader thanks to its comprehensive and professional network: the most skilled and recognized in the area.
CISA CONCENTRATES ALL SALES RESOURCES AND IT'S TRAINING ACADEMY IN ALL-NEW FACILITIES
Cisa has moved all its sales team to brand new facilities at its production plant in Lucca. The moves marks a new unified sales strategy for Cisa both domestically and on international markets. At the same time, work is in progress for the new training academy that is also being built in the Lucca factory. Cisa will soon be welcoming friends and clients to its new offices and new training center, which will be inaugurated this coming October.
