In the last few months, he has focused on process efficiency and improving margins all while respecting the deadlines, cost, and quality expected from the Cisa brand.<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 9.0pt; line-height: 107%; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB;\"> Prior to joining the Cisa Team, Federico\u2019s professional career was predominately represented by his vast experience in China where, for over 16 years, he served as <i>President &amp; General Manager<\/i> of an important automotive manufacturing and telecom group, serving the APAC region, with two manufacturing plants in China.\u00a0 From 2008 to 2014, in order to expand his business network, Federico co-founded and coordinated the SWG Suzhou Working Group (an Italian business association comprising CEOs &amp; General Managers of manufacturing companies operating in Shanghai and the Jiangsu province). From 2014 to 2018 Federico was appointed (by members\u2019 election) National Board Director of the <i>China-Italy Chamber of Commerce<\/i> (CCIC) for 2 consecutive terms.
