Cisa announces that on May 22, 2023, at the Board of Directors’ meeting, Federico Bonotto was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Cisa Production S.r.l. with attribution of full powers for an independent and autonomous management of the Company.

At the same time, Antonio Maria Veronesi was appointed non-executive Chairman and Liban Varetti remains on the Board of Directors as Independent Director.

“Thanks to the maximum availability and the strong operational support of the entire Cisa team, Federico will carry on an important work, which had already begun when he joined the company as COO last November,” says Veronesi. “Everyone’s goal is to make the Cisa product more and more competitive and the company organisation increasingly efficient.”

This strengthening of management is a further step towards the important corporate reorganisation that Cisa is building step-by-step. “I am certain that Bonotto and his idea of business will bring benefits to all our stakeholders and that, already in the coming months, the results of the great work he is doing to improve company efficiency, competitiveness and profitability will be appreciated,” Veronesi concluded.
